I had a delightful stay at The West Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. The staff was incredibly warm, especially Viet, who kindly assisted me with my luggage and provided excellent local dining recommendations. The location is perfect for exploring, right in the lively Old Quarter.

Breakfast area was quite small.

i was expecting a luxury experience but got a cramped room with zero view, and can we talk about breakfast? just ok at best. oh, and with all that noise, i thought i would receive a complimentary upgrade, but i guess that's too much to ask. sickening. almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

The facilities could use a facelift!!! The overall ambiance feels a bit stale, with outdated decor!!! An expansion of dining options would enhance the experience!!!

This place was a good match for a cursory stop in Hanoi with very good value for money. The balcony in the Junior Suite was perfect for winding down after a long travel day. Make sure to check the bathroom amenities for some surprises.

The room was super clean and comfy, perfect for our family of four. We loved the surprise treats on our return! The spa offered some great relaxation options with their soothing foot and back massages. Just a heads up, the weekend night market can get a bit noisy outside, so light sleepers might want earplugs. 😊
